11.45am – 12.15pm: Wellness Break in The Orangery.
An opportunity to enjoy a fresh juice and healthy snack from Clodagh’s Happy Cooking.

12.15pm – 1.00pm: Live Demonstration with Clodagh in The Ballroom.
An interactive session where Clodagh shall demonstrate a juice and salad recipe from her new book.

1.00pm - 1.30pm: A casual light lunch shall be served in The Ballroom with the opportunity to have your book signed personally by Clodagh in The Orangery
